List of Documents Required for Receipt of Invitation

 1. Education certificate with a list of subjects having been studied and with scores in each subject;

2. A copy of the passport or of other certified in an established order document that proves personal identity;

3. Documents are to be presented two months prior to beginning of training.

List of Documents Required for Training

1. Education certificate with a list of subjects having been studied and with scores in each subject;

2. Medical health report and AIDS absence certificate issued by health care establishment of a beneficiary country;

2.1. A medical health report should contain the following information: fluorography, eyesight without correction (with eyeglasses) and corrected eyesight, chromatic sensitivity, prophylactic vaccinations, the doctor’s decision on fitness for selected profession. Entrants with such illnesses as apparent logoneurosis, cochlear neuritis, healed tuberculosis, severe bronchial asthma, pancreatic diabetes, schizophrenia, epilepsy, chronic nephritis, myopia of a high degree (if a corrected eye sees below 0,8 and the other one sees below 0,5 and also if their correction is higher than 6,0 D (i.e. 6,25; 6,5; 6,75; 7,0 etc.) are not accepted for “Telecommunications Networks” and “Television, broadcasting and cellular radio systems” professions professions.

       There are no limitations to study for the “Postal service” profession.

3. Six sized 3x4 photos;

4. A passport with an entry visa to the Republic of Belarus.

ALL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED TO THE EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE TrANSLATED INTO RUSSIAN and certified in the notory’s office.
