ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING

The two-level system of continuous integrated training of specialists that provides graduates with a diploma after completion of either stage is implemented at the Higher State College of Communications. Training at two different levels of education is drawn up to be integrated, and students can gradually progress through two different levels. Student’s scope of knowledge of each subject, its exposition and direction is changed at each level. The scope of knowledge of a higher education specialist at the level of higher education (HEL) is formed on the basis of knowledge he has already gained at the specialized secondary level (SSEL).

Leavers of vocational-technical schools who have gained the same qualifications as those of the specialized secondary education level at our college (an operator of the postal communications, cable-man) may continue studying  for their qualification on a short-time basis.
